Surf Taco is beloved Jersey Shore Mexican Fast Casual restaurant with food and ambiance inspired by the Founders love of coastal cuisine from his favorite surfing expeditions was ready to elevate their branding and store experience to retrofit existing stores and position the concept for its next wave of expansion.
The existing stores needed optimization of the guest experience, branding and design, to authentically capture the story of the perfect coastal vibes via food quality cues and authentic ambiance elements, décor and storytelling moments. First store remodeled outperformed older stores in the system significantly, as well as seeing substantial comp sales increases over key competitors in market
